Do you procrastinate? What do you procrastinate on? Does procrastination add to your stress or make you feel anxious? Are you afraid of failure or success so therefore you procrastinate? Join me to find out how prioritize your procrastination. Let’s get your priorities together for a productive year!
In this workshop, we will explore the reason that people procrastinate and provide insight to begin procrastinating in a positive way. Based on Brian Tracy’s book Eat That Frog! 21 Great Ways to Stop Procrastinating and Get More Done in Less Time; we will explore his concept of Creative Procrastination and how to integrate it into your daily life. We will work on prioritizing what to procrastinate on through different exercises. The exercises will open your mind to explore the things that are important and procrastinate on things that have little to no impact on your life.
This workshop is interactive and will contain some activities where participants will be encouraged to share.
