Thank you for visiting my website! I’m glad you’re here.

Tom Marino is an author, speaker, and certified Life Coach. He founded Monarch Life Coaching, LLC to help high achievers navigate seasons of transition by recognizing the power of their choices. His book, Bridge to Change, documents the process of change and transformation that he shares with his coaching clients. The book is a “field guide” for clients as they navigate the coaching experience.

Marino’s own transformational journey has equipped him as a coach. After quitting a job that left him overworked and unfulfilled, Marino pivoted and became a consultant, later drafting his own unique job description to fulfill a need for one of his clients. As Chief Transformation Officer for a nonprofit healthcare company, he utilizes his skills as a coach to oversee change and transformation - coaching senior leaders, evaluating performance goals, and implementing new values for the organization. In the face of unemployment, uncertainty, and fear, Marino chose opportunity… and he coaches his clients to do the same.

Today, Marino works with executives and professionals all over the U.S. to help them overcome burnout and find success and fulfillment in their personal and professional lives. As a coach, Marino is committed to helping highly motivated individuals create balance by identifying their core values, exploring their fears, setting goals, and ultimately, making better choices. In addition to his one-on-one coaching, Marino leads workshops and moderates a mastermind group for young professionals.

Marino has a background in healthcare as a Licensed and Certified Physician Assistant; he earned a B.S. in Psychology and Biology from Union College, and went on to graduate with a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center Physician Assistant Program. He has a Certificate in Life Coaching (CLC) from Life Purpose Institute in San Diego, California. He is also a husband and father of two, and is especially grateful for a career that has allowed him to be more present in his kids’ lives.
